Ingredients

  • 5 or possibly 6 pork chops
  • 1 c. Minute Rice
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 soup can of lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Season and brown pork chops. Place pork chops in pan. Mix soup, lowfat milk and rice together. Pour over pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min more.
