  • 1 lg. pkg. green beans, thawed
  • 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 pork chops, browned
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can French fried onions

Directions

  1. Cook sliced potatoes in boiling salted water, 5 min. Drain. Spread beans in greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine soups, salt and pepper; spread 1/2 of mix over beans. Spread the cooked potatoes with this and top with rest of soup mix.
  2. Brown pork chops in oil. Put on top of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till meat is tender. Remove foil. Spread onions on top. Bake another 5 min.
