Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Seasoning salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pkg. frzn hash browns, thawed (24 ounce.)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounce.)
- 1 can Durkee French Fried onions (2.8 ounce.)
Directions
- Brown pork chops in oil in a large skillet. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and set aside. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese, and 1/2 can onions. Spoon mix into 9 x 13, lightly buttered, baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 min longer.
