Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- Seasoned salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (24 ounce.) pkg. frzn hash browns
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- Pepper
Directions
- Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet seasoned with seasoned salt. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, seasoned salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 of French fried onions. Spoon mix into 9x13 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over hash brown mix. Bake covered 350 degrees, 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer.
