Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoned salt
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pkg. (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can (2.8 ounce.) French fried onions
Directions
- Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
- Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes and 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 of onions.
- Spoon mix into 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer. Makes 6 servings.
