  • 6 pork chops
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoned salt
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pkg. (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (2.8 ounce.) French fried onions

Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
  2. Combine soup, lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt. Stir in potatoes and 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 of onions.
  3. Spoon mix into 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 min. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered 5 min longer. Makes 6 servings.
