Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pork chops, browned
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can biscuits (8 to 10) each cut into 1/8ths

Directions

  1. Brown chops and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients including uncooked cut up biscuits. Spoon on top of pork chops. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.
