Ingredients
- 4 to 5 pork chops, browned
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 egg
- 1 can biscuits (8 to 10) each cut into 1/8ths
Directions
- Brown chops and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients including uncooked cut up biscuits. Spoon on top of pork chops. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour.
