Ingredients
- 5-6 pound pork loin roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 c. water
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- Roast pork loin and shred up. Mix other ingredients and bring to a boil in saucepan. Pour over shredded roast. Place in crock pot on low. Cook for several hrs.
