Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd pork steak
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. rich lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced pimiento
- 1 onion, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Directions
- Mix all except soup and water. Form into balls and roll in flour. Pour over soup and water mixed. Cover and bake about 2 hrs at 375 degrees.
