Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork. Cut pork into thin bite-size strips. In a 12 inch skillet cook and stir pork and onion in warm oil over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 min or possibly until pork is no longer pink. Stir in frzn vegetables, noodles, soup, broth, water, marjoram or possibly thyme, and pepper. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15 min or possibly until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
