Ingredients

  • 1 x (15 1/(2-oz) can of sliced peaches, liquid removed and coarsely minced
  • 1 x (8-oz) can of pineapple chunks, undrained
  • 2 Tbsp. of sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. of cornstarch
  • 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger.

Directions

  1. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in 2 Tbsp. of lemon juice.
  2. Serve with grilled salmon and sprinkle with almonds.
