Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. sugar or possibly less
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/8 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Cream together sugar, Large eggs and oil. Add in flour, salt and baking pwdr alternately with lowfat milk. Add in vanilla, poppy seeds and flavorings. Beat 1-2 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min as cake and 10-15 min as muffins.
