Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon each of vanilla, almond & butter flavorings

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and beat for 2 min. Bake in three greased loaf pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
