Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Jello (any flavor) gelatin
- 3 tbsp. light corn syrup
- 8 c. popped popcorn
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions
- Pop popcorn. Heat butter and syrup in saucepan over low heat. Stir granulated sugar and Jello. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 min.
- IMMEDIATELY pour mix over popcorn, tossing to coat well. Spread popcorn on aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan, using 2 forks to spread proportionately. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 min. Cold. Remove from pan and brake into small pcs.
