Ingredients
- 7-8 c. popped popcorn (I just use 1 bag of microwave popcorn)
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- A few drops of food coloring
Directions
- Place popped corn in a large buttered bowl. Set aside. Put remaining ingredients in top of double boiler. Set over boiling water and stir till marshmallows are melted. Tint with your choice of color. Pour marshmallow mix over popped corn and stir gently to coat.
- Grease hands with butter and quickly shape into balls. To store-wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Makes about 8 medium size balls. Great after school snack!
