Ingredients
- 4 quarts. of popcorn, popped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 level teaspoon cream of tartar
Directions
- Boil syrup, sugar and cream of tartar till it forms ball in cold water. It takes little boiling. Remove from heat and add in 3 Tbsp. of butter and 1/4 tsp. soda and boil up. Pour over popcorn, stir and form into balls. (Butter on your hands will make it easier to create the balls.)
