Poori with Potatoes Peas Masala Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of sugar
  • 2 tsp. of ghee
  • For potatoes with peas masala you need
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of cooked peas
  • 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp. of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. of chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds
  • Salt
  • Note: If you want the masala to be gravy,you can add little water, when it boils, switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves:)
