Ingredients

  • Chicken half boneless 1
  • French fries 80 gr
  • Pomegranate molasses 5 cl
  • Pomegranate syrup 15 cl
  • Brown chicken stock 30 cl
  • oil 1 cl
  • Sherry vinegar 5 cl
  • Sumac dressing
  • radish 5 gr
  • Fennel 10 gr
  • Red onion 5 gr
  • Tomato 10 gr
  • Pencil asparagus 10 gr
  • Purple cabbage 10 gr
  • Spring onion 5 gr
  • Cucumber 10 gr

Directions

  1. Method:
  2. .Sear the chicken in a hot pan.
  3. Cut all the vegetables for the slaw into a fine julienne, then season with sumac dressing(lemon juice, sumac, olive oil and the fresh herbs.)Check the seasoning.
  4. When the chicken is almost cook add the pomegranate sauce and glaze for 5 minutes, serve with french fries, check the consistency and the taste of the sauce,thin it down with water if necessary.
