Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork spare ribs
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Plum jam
- 1/2 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 x Clove garlic
Directions
- Cut ribs into serving pcs. Simmer one hour in water.
- Combine all remaining ingredients. Baste ribs, cover with aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree F. oven for 30 min, basting every 10 min.
