Directions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl; mix till blended.
  2. 2. Add in chicken pcs, turning to coat.
  3. 3. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  4. 4. Place chicken pcs on a rack in a foil-lined shallow roasting pan.
  5. 5. Bake in preheated 350'F. oven 45 min, basting chicken with plum jelly mix occasionally; turn once.
  6. 6. Increase oven temperature to 450'F.; bake chicken, basting with sauce twice, till well glazed, about 15 min.
  7. 7. Remove drippings from pan; skim off fat.
  8. 8. Serve drippings warm as a sauce with the chicken.
  9. NOTE: Serve with warm cooked rice and cooked snow peas.
