These can be made like the Indian roti.It is full of flavour what with onions and carrots going into them.you can eat it as it is aor with a dash of ketchup and french fries wrapped in them.

Directions

  1. Mix everything with just enough water to make a dough.
  2. keep covered for 10 mins.
  3. Then roll out tortillas and shallow fry them on hot fry pan till slightly golden on both sides.
  4. Serve these smeared with a little tomato ketchup,mayo and topped with some french fries or just plain potato chips.yum!
