- 12 ounce. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Cook, stirring constantly, about 15 to 20 min till cheese is melted and well blended. Serve in fondue pot with French bread.
