  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • Pizza sauce
  • Your favorite toppings

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Hand knead into a ball. Add in more flour if too sticky. Let raise for 20 to 30 min.
  2. Oil two 10 inch pizza pans and press the dough proportionately in each. Bake 2 to 3 min at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and cover with sauce and your favorite toppings and continue baking till done.
