6 c. flour
1 stick butter melted in 1 c. lowfat milk
Dissolve 1 pkg. yeast with 1 c. hot water
Add in 2 tbsp. sugar
Healthy pinch of salt
Knead dough. Let rise till double, about 1 hour. Prick crusts with fork before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 min. Top with your favorite toppings.
