Directions

  1. Split buns. Mix beef with onion, chili sauce and salt. Divide mix into 8 portions and spread on buns, being sure to spread well over edges of buns. Place on broiler rack. Set in oven with top of food 3 inches below broiler unit. Turn switch to broil, broil 8 min. Top each pizza with 2 strips of cheese lard criss cross. Return to oven and broil 2 min longer, till cheese has melted. Yield: 8 pizza burgers.
