Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
- 1 c. salad oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. club soda
- 2 env. whipped topping mix
- 1 1/2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) pkg. pistachio pudding mix
Directions
- Put together all ingredients and beat at medium speed for four min. Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Remove from pan and cool. When cool frost.
- Put together whipped topping and 1 cup of the lowfat milk. Beat at high speed till peaks form. Add in pudding mix and remaining lowfat milk; beat till fluffy. Frost cake and garnish with pecan halves.
