Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
4 large eggs
2 pkg. Pistachio pudding mix (instant)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 (8 ounce) pkg. Cold Whip
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding mix

Directions

Mix all of the above ingredients together for 2 min. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
Mix whipping cream and pudding mix together till slightly thickened. Fold into Cool Whip. Assembly: Cut cake into 3 layers. Fill with filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
