Ingredients
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 4 ounce. diced green chilies, well liquid removed
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 4 ounce. minced black olives, well liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- Seasoned salt to taste
- 5 (10") flour tortillas
Directions
- Mix all filling ingredients together thoroughly. Divide the filling and spread proportionately over the tortillas; roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends; chill several hrs. Unwrap, cut in slices 1/2" to 3/4" thick. Throw away ends. Put on serving plate and serve with a small bowl of salsa if you like.
