Ingredients
- 4 oz Oat Bran
- 2/3 C Dry Powder Milk (use dry do not add water)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbls Baking Powder
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbls Cinnamon
- 1/3 C Sweetner
- 1 20oz Can Crushed Pineapple undrained
- 3 oz Raisins
Directions
- Mix let sit 20 minutes.
- Spray muffin pan (DO NOT use cupcake liner!)
- Pour batter into 12 muffin cups
- Bake 20-25 minutes
- Note these muffins do not rise, sometimes I add a few shredded carrots and nuts also.
- These are addictive!
