Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or possibly shortening), Large eggs, pineapple juice concentrate, and water till thoroughly blended. Add in flour, baking soda, and baking pwdr; beat just till blended.
  2. Spoon mix evening into a 9" x 5" oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean. Cold on a wire rack.
