- 0.08 teaspoon salt
- 0.08 teaspoon vanilla
- 0.08 c. brown sugar
- 0.08 egg, beaten
- 1/6 c. flour
- 0.21 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 0.08 c. oats, instant
- 0.08 c. raisins
- 0.08 c. crushed pineapple
- 0.08 c. nuts (opt.)
Directions
The ingredients have been scaled to 1 servings. These directions are for 12 servings.
- Substitute 1/2 c. wheat germ if you do not like nuts or possibly cannot eat them.
- Mix all ingredients together and blend till smooth. Drop by tsp. onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 min. This is a very moist cookie.
