  1. Cut flour, walnuts, brown sugar into 1/2 c. butter. Press firmly in a 12"x8" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Drain crushed pineapple. Bring juice to boil. Dissolve lime Jello in warm juice. Cream sugar and cream cheese. Blend in cold gelatin mix. Stir in liquid removed pineapple. Refrigeratetill thick. Beat 2/3 c. chilled evaporated lowfat milk. Add in 1/8 tsp. peppermint. Fold into gelatin mix. Spoon over baked crust; chill. Heat over low 1 c. chocolate bits, 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk and add in 2 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 tsp. peppermint. Spread over top. Chill.
