Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple, cleaned, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup mango, cleaned, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbs honey
  • Lemon balm leaves, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Chill before serving.
  2. Easy suggestion: to make the smoothie really cold, add crushed ice (to make crushed ice just place your ice cubes in a plastic bag and crush the ice with a heavy object).
