Ingredients

  • 3 cloves
  • 2 cups
  • oats
  • 1
  • egg
  • 1/4 cup
  • Greek (pineapple) yogurt
  • 1/2 t
  • baking powder
  • 1 T
  • jaggery (honey)
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water
  • Cooking Directions
  • Grind oats in a blender
  • Add the remaining ingredients
  • Mix well in blender, adding water to get a smooth batter
  • Pour the batter on a hot griddle or waffle iron
