Pineapple Glazed Ham Recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) slice of ham 3/4 c. orange juice

1/4 c. brown sugar 6 slices pineapple

Directions

1. Place ham in preheated 350 degree electric skillet; cook for 10 min each side. Remove from skillet, keep warm. Pour orange juice into skillet, add in brown sugar. Bring to a boil, add in pineapple, cook till fruit is glazed. Arrange fruit on ham and pour orange mix over ham. Serve at once warm.
