Ingredients
- 3 acorn squash
- 1 (8 ounce.) can liquid removed pineapple
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Cut squash in half. Mix first 5 items. Spoon mix into squash. Pour water in dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 50 min. 10 min uncovered.
