Directions

  1. Mix and put in an old lowfat milk container (gallon). Freeze.
  2. Before serving, let it defrost only half way.
  3. In a punch bowl, put 2 qts of 7-Up. Cut the plastic container in half to get the chunk of juice out. Add in to 7-Up and chop up. Serve as a slush, still icy.
