Ingredients

1 sm. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. dark rum
4 Large eggs

Directions

Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium for 10 min. Pour into 2 greased 9" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cook well done.
