Ingredients

  • 1 box Betty Crocker white cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 can coconut
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip

Directions

  1. Mix well, bake at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan for 45 min or possibly till done. While cake is hot. Poke holes over entire cake with a fork. Pour 1 can of cream of coconut over cake. When cool spread with 8 ounce container of Cool Whip and 1/2 to 1 cup coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
