Easy to prepare bbq or party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbs. red bell pepper, minced
- 1 tbs. scallions, minced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 pickled jalapeno, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 4 Manzanilla olives, chopped
- 6 piece bread, crusts cut off
Directions
- Turn on the oven broiler.
- Toast the bread sliced on both sides, cut in half for triangle shaped pieces.
- Combine all topping ingedients in a bowl, spread on triangles.
- Sprinkle on paprika.
- Toast under broiler until cheese mixture melts.
