Ingredients
- 1 package pie sheet
- 3 eggs
- 200ml oil
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g salted cheese
- 50g sour cream
- pepper
- dill
- 1 egg yolk for smear the pie
Directions
- 1.Heat the oven.
- 2.Mix in a bowl eggs,cream cheese,salted cheese,sour cream,pepper and dill.Set aside.
- 3.Smear a oven tray with a little oil.
- 4.Take each sheet and stretch it,then,oil it delicate with a brush.
- 5.Put cheese mix on each sheet then roll.
- 6.Use the egg yolk to give a beautiful colour to the pies.
