This is like the Pico de Gallo salsa you get in Mexican restaurants. Delicious as a topping on Mexican dishes.
Ingredients
- 1. DICE:
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Jalepeno Pepper (very small)
- Cilantro
- 2. ADD:
- Juice from lemon or lime (1/2 or 1 whole depending on amt.)
- and salt to taste
- 3. MIX all together and Refrigerate
- overnight
- serve with sour cream and tortilla chips or use as a topping for burritos, tacos, etc.
