Ingredients

  • 4 large tomato, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, very finely diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 large/2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 limes, juiced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Can prepare and let stand overnight.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
