Ingredients
- 4 large tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, very finely diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 large/2 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 limes, juiced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Can prepare and let stand overnight.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
