Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3 hard-boiled Large eggs
- 1/4 c. minced sweet pickle
Directions
- Cook potatoes. Cut to size. Add in onions and Italian dressing. Toss to cover and let refrigeratefor at least 1 hour. Combine salad dressing, mustard, and salt. Pour over potatoes. Toss to cold. Add in celery, egg, and pickle. Toss lightly. Mold, if you like.
