Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound grnd moosemeat
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. tomato juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into 9 flat circles. Pan-fry only till meat is browned. Refrigeratethoroughly; wrap each in aluminum foil and keep in refrigerator till you leave. Unwrap burgers and grill over the campfire, about 5 min on each side. Serve immediately.
