Ingredients
- 2 quarts. vinegar
- 1 sm. red pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated horseradish
- 1 teaspoon whole black pepper
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Mix all together and bring to the boiling point.
- Take clean feet which have been cut in half. Cover with water, put 1 Tbsp. salt and cook just till tender. Pack in clean jars to within 1/2 inch from top with boiling vinegar. Put cap on screwing band down firmly tight. Process jars in water bath for 90 min.
