Ingredients
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp. allspice
- 1 can sliced beets
- 1 section garlic clove
- 1 doz. hard-boiled Large eggs
- 1 sliced onion
Directions
- Boil vinegar, water and allspice. Let cold. Put the beets, sliced onions, sliced garlic section and vinegar mix in a large bottle. Soak the hard boiled Large eggs in the mix for at least one day. Keep the Large eggs in the mix refrigerated.
