Ingredients
- 2 or possibly 3 cucumbers
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 or possibly 3 onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel and slice cucumbers and onions and place in large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigeratein refrigerator till ready to serve.
