Ingredients
- 6 quarts. beets, cooked, peeled & sliced
- 4 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 6 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 box whole pickling spice in cloth
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and simmer 15 min. Place into warm jars, leaving 1/4" head space. Adjust caps. Process in boiling water bath for 10 min.
