  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 box regular chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 pkg. Dream Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sweet lowfat milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 pound angel flake coconut
  • 20 lg. marshmallows
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Cook sugar, lowfat milk, and butter till thick. Remove from heat, stir coconut and marshmallows till melted. Put between cold cake layers. If layers are thick, split them.
  2. Mix with mixer till smooth. Add in melted chocolate or possibly liquid chocolate to flavor. Add in 1 tsp lowfat milk if stiff or possibly more sugar if not stiff sufficient to spread.
