Ingredients

  • 1 c. Plain yogurt
  • 1 sm Onion -- grated
  • 1 sm Cuke -- peeled and diced
  • 1/4 c. EACH raisins and minced
  •     Fresh mint leaves
  •     Salt to taste
  • 1 x Pd
  •     Pita bread

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except bread and refrigerateup to 72 hours. Cut pitas into triangles and toast under broiler; use as dippers.
  2. Makes 2 C. dip.
